Motorola Edge 70 Max India Launch Date Is Here, All You Need To Know

After teasing the Edge 70 Max in India, Motorola has finally announced the launch date of the device in the country. And that’s not it; the brand has also revealed some of the crucial details related to the handset, including hardware, display, battery, and more. On that note, here is everything that you need to know about the device based on available details, clubbed with leaks and rumours.
Starting with the date, the Motorola Edge 70 Max will be available in the Indian market starting from July 15, 2026, at 12:00 PM as per the Indian Standard Time (IST). The phone will be up for grabs on Flipkart, and the images available on the platform show that it is going to bring thin bezels, a flat display, and a square-shaped camera model. The device will be shipping in two different colour options including blue and green.
Furthermore, the Motorola Edge 70 Max listing also suggests that the handset will be packing the Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Gen 5 processor paired with 12GB LPDDR5X RAM along with 256GB internal storage. It is also being claimed that the mentioned processor is 46 per cent better in AI related NPU performance than its predecessor and also has an AnTuTu score of more than 3 million.
That’s not it, it has also been revealed that the device will be bringing an ArcticMesh cooling system with a 5,500 square mm vapour cooling chamber. Motorola has also claimed that the thermal solution is designed to distribute heat more efficiently and keep the processor cooler during intensive pressure while multitasking.
Apart from that, it has also been revealed that the device will be coming with a QHD+ LTPO panel and a 144Hz refresh rate. Furthermore, it will have 7000 nits of peak brightness, and the panel will be protected by the Corning Gorilla Glass 7i. According to the Flipkart microsite of the device, it will also support 120fps gameplay in BGMI. Another confirmed fact is that the handset will pack a 7100mAh battery along with 90W TurboPower fast charging support.
