Vivo X300 Ultra Launch Date In India, Price, Specifications, Design, Camera And More: All We Know So Far

Chinese smartphone maker Vivo launched the X300 Ultra in China this week alongside the X300s and this will be the brand’s first X-series Ultra model that’s actually confirmed for global markets, which immediately makes it more interesting than a typical China-exclusive launch. India is expected to get it around May 2026, possibly alongside the Vivo X300 FE, according to tipster Yogesh Brar. Pricing and availability details will be confirmed closer to launch, but here’s everything the specs sheet and early reports are telling us right now.
Vivo X300 Ultra Specifications, Camera And Colours
The X300 Ultra features a 6.82-inch 2K LTPO AMOLED display with a 144Hz refresh rate, HDR10+ support and 2160Hz PWM dimming for improved brightness control. Under the hood, the Chinese tech giant has equipped the handset with a Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 5 chipset paired with up to 16GB LPDDR5X RAM and up to 1TB UFS 4.1 storage. It runs Android 16 with Origin OS 6 and Vivo has included Ice Pulse Fluid VC cooling to manage thermals under sustained load.
The triple rear camera system is headlined by a 200-megapixel Sony LYTIA 901 primary sensor, designed to pull in more light and reduce reflections. The telephoto camera is also 200-megapixel, a Samsung HP0 sensor with gimbal-like stabilisation for steady zoom shots at range. A 50-megapixel Sony LYTIA 818 ultrawide with OIS rounds off the main setup.
Two optional external teleconverter modules are available: the Zeiss G2 Teleconverter delivering a 200mm focal length with roughly 8.7x optical zoom, and the Zeiss G2 Ultra Teleconverter pushing that to 400mm through a 15-element optical design.
The China-based tech giant has packed a 6600 mAh battery into the X300 Ultra with 90W wired charging, 40W wireless charging and reverse wireless charging support. IP68 and IP69 ratings cover dust and water resistance. Colour options include Film Green, Silver Tone and Black.
Vivo X300 Ultra India Launch Date And Expected Price
According to tipster Yogesh Brar, the Vivo X300 Ultra is expected to arrive in India in May 2026 (we believe between 7-15 May), likely alongside the X300 FE. On pricing, the device is expected to start somewhere around Rs 1,39,999 in India, similar to what the Xiaomi 17 Ultra launched at, though nothing is confirmed.
