Google Is Soon Going To Kill Assistant Go, Will Gemini Go Be The Answer?

As of now, a majority of users are slowly making a transition to AI, and so are the companies. Now, in a recent development, it has been revealed that Google is planning to replace the Assistant with Gemini on everything. After taking over almost every device, it is being said that Google is now planning to roll out Gemini for Android Go devices as well, as per a report published by Android Authority.
The Android Go devices are low-powered smartphones that have access to Google Assistant Go, which is a watered-down version of the original Assistant and lacks new-age features like smart-home control. Until now, there has been no equivalent solution available for Gemini. But in the latest Google version 2.18.0 update of the Assistant Go application, our folks at Android Authority have found some strings that signal a change.
The strings show that the messaging is being prepared for the deprecation of Assistant Go. And the discussions going around the same suggest that using Gemini is the only way forward.

Now, we just cannot deny the fact that the Gemini will need computing power, and that is heavily missing in the phones that use Android Go. And we also cannot deny that there are high chances that Google is just killing the Assistant Go without introducing a new alternative for the same. At this point in time, no one actually knows what the way will be moving forward for all the devices that run on the Android Go operating system. However, one thing that we can say with surety is that Google is planning something new for all the Android Go users, and we will get to see the impact of the same in the coming days.
